PHDola Terms and Conditions – Rules for Filipino Players

1. Introduction

Welcome to PHDola. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PHDola platform, including all games, services, promotions, and payment facilities available at phdola.best. PHDola is an online gaming platform operated for and dedicated to players in the Philippines.

By creating an account at PHDola, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any part of the PHDola platform.

These Terms apply to all Filipino players who access PHDola from within the Philippines or from any other location where online gaming is legally permitted. PHDola does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by law.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account at PHDola, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration, in accordance with Philippine gaming law.
• You must be a real person — corporate entities, automated accounts, and bots are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion order on any gaming platform, including PHDola's own self-exclusion program.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of PHDola or any of its technology or game provider partners.

PHDola reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any time. This may include a government-issued ID (PhilSys, passport, driver's license, UMID) and proof of address. Accounts where a player is found to be underage will be immediately suspended and all funds returned, minus any winnings derived from wagering activity.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) PHDola account only. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or shared devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Registration Information

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, valid Philippine mobile number, and a secure password of your own choosing. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• Do not share your PHDola username or password with anyone.
• PHDola staff will never ask for your password under any circumstances.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, contact PHDola support immediately and change your password.

Account Verification

PHDola may ask you to verify your identity before processing a withdrawal or at any point during your account's lifetime. Verification is a standard industry requirement and protects both you and the platform. Accepted documents include PhilSys national ID, passport, driver's license, voter's ID, and UMID. Proof of the payment method linked to your account may also be requested.

4. Deposits and Payments

All deposits at PHDola are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP, symbol ₱). PHDola does not process deposits in foreign currencies. The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

• E-Wallets: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph
• Bank Transfers: BDO, BPI, UnionBank, Metrobank, and other Philippine banks via InstaPay and PESONet
• Cards: Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards issued by Philippine banks

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: ₱100
• Deposits are credited to your PHDola account instantly upon successful processing.
• PHDola does not charge any deposit processing fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees — check with your bank or e-wallet provider.
• You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and may result in account suspension.
• PHDola reserves the right to request documentation to confirm the source of any deposit at its discretion.

5. Withdrawals

PHDola processes withdrawal requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — including public holidays. All withdrawals are paid in Philippine Peso to the payment method registered to your account.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ₱200
• PHDola charges no withdrawal processing fees.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 10 minutes of submission.
• InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers are processed within the same banking day for requests submitted during standard banking hours.
• You may only withdraw to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to deposit into your PHDola account, or otherwise verified as belonging to you.
• PHDola may require identity verification to be completed before processing a first withdrawal. Subsequent withdrawals may also require verification depending on the amount or account history.

Withdrawal Hold Conditions

PHDola may place a temporary hold on a withdrawal request in the following circumstances: if identity verification is pending, if there is an active bonus with an incomplete wagering requirement attached to the balance being withdrawn, or if the account is under review for suspected policy violations. PHDola will notify the player of the reason for any hold and the steps required to resolve it.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

PHDola offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. Each bonus is subject to its own specific terms, which are clearly published alongside the promotion.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to eligible players as defined in each individual promotion's terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses credited to your PHDola account must meet their stated wagering requirement before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per promotion).
• Not all games at PHDola contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games and other game types may contribute a lower percentage. Specific contribution rates are listed in each bonus's terms.

Bonus Abuse

PHDola takes a firm position on bonus abuse. Any player found to be systematically exploiting bonus terms — including through coordinated play with other accounts, exploiting RTP differentials, or abusing promotional mechanics — will have their bonus immediately voided. PHDola reserves the right to suspend accounts engaged in bonus abuse and to withhold any associated winnings.

7. Games and Betting Rules

Random Number Generator (RNG)

Technical Malfunctions

8. Player Conduct

PHDola is committed to maintaining a safe, fair, and respectful environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the PHDola platform:

• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with PHDola games or the platform in an unauthorized manner
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit any PHDola software or system
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in multiplayer game formats
• Using offensive, abusive, or threatening language in any PHDola communication channel
• Impersonating PHDola staff or other players
• Registering multiple accounts or sharing accounts with other individuals
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or using PHDola for money laundering

PHDola monitors player activity for patterns consistent with the above prohibited conduct. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their accounts suspended or permanently closed, and any balance may be forfeited where permitted by applicable law.

9. Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the PHDola platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from any PHDola content without express written permission from PHDola. Unauthorized use of PHDola intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

12. Limitation of Liability

PHDola provides its platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law:

• PHDola is not liable for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the platform.
• PHDola is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from technical issues, service interruptions, or third-party system failures beyond PHDola's reasonable control.
• PHDola's total liability to any individual player shall not exceed the value of the player's current account balance at the time the liability arises.

Nothing in these Terms limits PHDola's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by PHDola's gross negligence or willful misconduct. Your statutory rights as a consumer in the Philippines are not affected by these limitations.

13. Account Termination

Either party may terminate a PHDola account at any time:

Player-Initiated Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting PHDola support at support@phdola.best. Any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any active wagering requirements.

PHDola-Initiated Closure

PHDola reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Verified breach of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected or confirmed bonus abuse or fraudulent activity
• Account found to belong to an underage individual
• Account found to be a duplicate of an existing PHDola account
• Account activity indicating money laundering or use of proceeds of crime
• Player subject to a regulatory exclusion order

In cases of PHDola-initiated closure due to policy violations, any remaining bonus balance will be forfeited. Real-money deposits not subject to active bonus wagering requirements will be returned to the player upon confirmation of their identity, except where prohibited by applicable law.

14. Changes to These Terms

PHDola reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. For material changes that significantly affect players' rights or obligations, PHDola will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the PHDola platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using PHDola and may request account closure.
